Beaf is spelled right here it is not beef but vegan ‘beef’ using soy curls
1 c soy curls, soaked in hot water, 4 mins, drain
1 tbsp diced onion
1 garlic, sliced
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 pouch of VH orange ginger sauce
At least 1 c snap peas
Heat oil and saute garlic, onion
Stir in snap peas and soy curls for a minute or two then stir in sauce
Cook for another 2 mins
Serve with hot rice
Orange Ginger Beef Stir Fry
Ingredients
