My 3 yo been asking for Elmo please, Elmo please, Elmo please, for 3 days straight. We kept bringing him his Elmo toys, yet he would keep asking.
Yesterday I was in the kitchen and he again said Elmo please, so I told him I don’t understand, as he kept asking and we kept giving. Then he pointed to the kitchen shelve, saying Elmo please. He was pointing to our quesadilla maker. Then I realized he thought it was the waffle maker where Elmo and Cookie monsters would be printed on the waffle. Both makers are yellow 
Quesadilla maker is stored in a different shelve than the waffle maker, so he just saw the color and he thought it was the waffle maker 
You can either make this recipe into waffle or pancake!
1 1/2 c almond milk
2 tbsp aquafaba
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 c sugar
2 c flour
1 generous tbsp BP
A pinch or two of salt
1 tbsp ube powder
Whisk milk and aquafaba, then mix in the rest
Cook according to your waffle maker
Serve as is or with anything you like (syrup etc)

- 1 1/2 c almond milk
- 2 tbsp aquafaba
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/4 c sugar
- 2 c flour
- 1 generous tbsp BP
- A pinch or two of salt
- 1 tbsp ube powder
Instructions
- Whisk milk and aquafaba, then mix in the rest
- Cook according to your waffle maker
- Serve as is r anything you like (syrup etc)
