For earth day, the school was having a costume day where kids should wear recycled fashion themed.
We made the chef hat, using grocery plastic bag
Measure the head and cut a hard craft paper into a long strip, the length has to exact the measurement
Cut the handles part of the plastic bag. You can turn the bag inside out to blur the writing/brand
Stapler plastic bag on the craft paper strip and stapler the two ends of the paper to meet
Your chef hat is ready
