Fozelek is Hungarian type of meal, that is between stew and soup. It is thicker than soup, yet thinner than stew. I know, confusing 😛
Wax Beans, sliced, makes about 6 c at least
Water/vegetable broth, enough to cover beans
3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
1 tbsp chopped onion
Bring to boil on high, Lower to medium and cook until tender
Season with salt, sugar and pepper to taste OR Hungarian Vegeta seasoning OR vegetable seasoning powder
Dissolve 1/2 c flour in enough water or vegetable broth, stir in mixture to thicken wax beans
Serve immediately
