1 box of med firm Tofu, drain and rinse (454 g)
2 tbsp olive oil
5 tbsp lemon juice
A pinch or two of sugar
Salt to taste
Blend everything until smooth and creamy (I kinda failed in achieving that as I was using hand blender since my table top blender decided to crap out on last minute )
Adjust flavor to your liking!

Vegan Sour Cream
Ingredients
- 1 box of med firm Tofu drain and rinse (454 g)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
