Just a quicky post. Made this waffle for my littles 😀
1 1/2 c almond milk
2-3 tbsp aquafaba
1 tsp vanilla essence
A drop or two strawberry oil
1/4 c sugar (brown, coconut palm etc whichever)
2 c flour
1 generous tbsp BP
A pinch or two of salt
Whisk milk and aquafaba, then mix in the rest
Cook according to your waffle maker
Serve as is or with strawberry jam
Enjoy!!
