Eid Mubarak!
Baked these cookies for our Eid celebrations 😀
They are Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cookies!
You can top these cookies with Hershey’s Kisses or chocolate chips, Reese’s mini cups, chocolate chunk, etc. I got some leftover of chocolate eggs that I stored in the freezer, so chocolate eggs it is for me 😀
Add in flour mixture on low-medium speed
- Wrap with cling wrap and chill in the fridge for at least an H
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- Scoop per one tbsp of dough and shape to balls
- Place balls on baking sheet, give space between balls
- Bake for 6 mins, take out and press chocolate eggs and bake for another 2-3 mins

Peanut Butter And Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 c softened unsalted butter
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c coconut palm sugar or brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 1/4 c flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Chocolate buttons/chocolate kisses/miniature Reese peanut butter cups/chocolate eggs – whichever available
Instructions
- Cream butter sugars egg peanut butter and essence until smooth in high speed
- Add in flour mixture on low-medium speed
- Wrap with cling wrap and chill in the fridge for at least an H
- Preheat oven to 375 F

- Place balls on baking sheet, give space between balls
