This dish is using slow cooker/crockpot, super easy to prepare 😀
You can do as below but I also give a variation on the bottom. I do this way when I wanna make sure the kids eat the veggies 🙂

In your slow cooker:
Pour 1 c chicken broth and place in 4 washed chicken thighs
Drop 2 chicken bouillon
Add in 1 kg mixed veggies, if they are frozen, rinse with slightly warm water first
Sprinkle with Hungarian Vegeta powder (or bouillon powder/seasoning powder)
Cook on high for 5-6 h
Open lid and add in 250 g crumbled cream cheese, room temperature
Top with 2-3 bags drained tofu Shirataki noodle
Sprinkle a little with more Vegeta powder
Cook for another 1-2 h
Serve warm (I love it with Sriracha sauce)

Variation:
Instead topping the chicken with mixed veggies before cooking, cook chicken for 5-6 h then add in veggies followed with cream cheese and noodle for another 2 h. This way veggies wont be too soft for some adults.
