Prepared this quicky dessert for me, myself, and I hahahha There’s a contest on instructables.com that I entered with this dessert actually, but yes, this dessert is enough for one serving only, if you are a sweet tooth like me, that is 😀
Sauce
1/4 c palm coconut sugar
1 tbsp salted butter/margarine
1/2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tbsp Jamaican rum
freshly grated nutmeg
Add all into a heat proof cup and cook on high on microwave for 1 minute, stir
Banana Rum Coconut
Slice a medium ripe banana as shown then microwave uncovered, for a minute
Spoon half of sauce onto banana and microwave banana again for 50 seconds
Take out of microwave, pour left over sauce and sprinkle with unsweetened desiccated coconut and serve immediately
