Warm Meatballs Sandwich – Microwave

Live in a dorm? Cooking for yourself? When you are bored with instant noodle, here is an option 😉 I prepared this quicky meatballs sandwich for instructables.com and I kinda surprised myself. I mean, hey, microwave cooking is so simple, why am I still slow in using it often hahah

Hot dog buns/french bread

Cooked meatballs, frozen, thawed, as many as you want

Margarine/butter

Prepared red cabbage (sauerkraut would be awesome with french bread)

1 slice of cheese (grated cheese is okay as well

Paprika powder

Method

Spread butter on bread, top with meatballs, followed with red cabbage and cheese

Microwave for 2 minutes or until cheese melted

Serve and enjoy~

NOTE: if using french bread and sauerkraut, heat on microwave using defrost method (number 5) for 3 minutes
