1 head cabbage, thinly sliced
1 can lentils, 400 ml
1 can tomato paste, 400 ml
500 g lean ground beef, brown
1 onion
3 bouillon cubes, beef
2 tsps garlic powder
2 bay leaves
4-5 cans of water (using the 400 ml size can)
1/2 tbsp cumin or fennel seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
Drain beef from fat.
Place all ingredients into a crockpot and cook on high for 4 h
