Simple but refreshing!
2 cloves of garlic
Half package of bean sprouts
Half to one whole package of spinach
Tiny bit of water if needed
Vegeta seasoning powder to taste
1 tbsp corn oil
Heat wok and saute garlic
Add in sliced, washed and drained spinach, stir to soften then add in washed and drained sprouts (there is enough water from the washed veggies so normally I dont add additional water, but if needed, do add some!)
Add vegeta and serve immediately!
