Sayur bening is a refreshing spinach soup from Indonesia that would be translated as clear soup in English.
My 4 yo loves tofu in soup(s) too much. I had a box today so I thought it would be nice to add it to the soup, esp. In this rainy day. But with added tofu, the soup obv. Isnt ‘bening’ anymore
