In Indonesia you can find all sorts of fritters, from sweet to savory. The savory ones, some are served as snacks for tea and coffee, some more are to accompany our rice either for lunch or for dinner. Like these following cauliflower fritters, in my household we would serve it as snacks but other time to be served with our rice.
4 cups sliced cauliflower
1 cup flour
1 envelope indofood bumbu racik (for tofu tempe fish whichever)
1 1/4 c water
1 eggs
Oil for frying
Mix ingredients to make batter, shouldnt be too thick nor too runny
Mix in egg
Add in cauliflower, mix well
Let rest in fridge for 15 mins
Heat oil
Pour and fry batter mixture
Serve hot

Ingredients
