In East Borneo, where am from, we have traditional pan cake called lempeng. It is basically water and flour with sugar and sometimes an egg. We like adding bananas too, which is what am sharing now 😀
1/4 c flour
2 handful sugar
Enough milk
1 banana
1 small tub Oikos yogurt (mango flavor)
Margarine/butter/cooking oil
Mix all ingredients finely
Heat butter/margarine/oil, pour batter, cook and serve immediately
Lempeng Pisang
Ingredients
- 1/4 c flour
- 2 handful sugar
- Enough milk
- 1 banana
