We went to check a couple of trailers the other day. We are thinking to turn a trailer into a food truck. What do you think? For now though, let’s put that idea to side and let me share this following recipe instead.
Prepared these tarts for our Thanksgiving dinner yesterday 😀
3/4 c pumpkin pie filling
1/2 c canola oil
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c dark brown sugar
1/4 c milk (almond milk is good too)
2 tsp vanilla essence
1 1/4 c ap flour
2 tsp allspice powder
1/2 c choc chips (you can also add almond, walnut, whatever flavor chips you’d like to)
preheat oven 375 f
mix wet
mix dry
mix both, but don’t over mixed
mix in chips
pour batter into molds or even just a brownies pan would do, even it out
bake for 25 mins, do not over baked, a knife inserted should come out clean
