One of my childhood faved sweet porridge, a dessert you can say 😀 Great as is, served warm, but most especially cold with shaved ice or chilled for me.
- 2 big long cassava, skinned, cut into large cubes
- enough water
- 1 1/2 c brown sugar, 1/2 c sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 2-3 tbsp water
- Cover cassava with enough water, bring to boil until cassava very tender and can be forked easily
- Add in sugars, stir to dissolve
- Lastly add in cornstarch solution, and cook until thickened.
Coconut Milk
- 1 can of coconut milk (400 ml)
- 1 screwpine leaf, knotted
- salt to taste
- Bring to boil
Serve cassava porridge either warm or chilled with the coconut milk 😀 That’s all 😀

Aku ada resep buat bikin Bubur Singkong nih, suka ga?
Kadang aku pakai singkong parut, namun kali ini aku pakai singkong utuh, karena aku lebih suka kalau masih ada bentuk singkongnya haha
Sebenarnya aku ga pakai ukuran pas bikin bubur singkong ini, asal cemplung, euy, jadi resep dibawah ini, ukurannya kira-kira aja yak, ga bakalan gagal kok 😀
- 2 batang singkong ukuran besar dan panjang, kupas kulit, potong-potong
- air secukupnya
- 1 1/2 gelas gula merah dan 1/2 gelas gula pasir
- 1 1/2 sdm maizena larutkan dalam 2-3 sdm air
- Rebus singkong hingga hancur
- Masukkan gula, aduk hingga larut
- Kentalkan dengan maizena
Santan
- 1 kaleng santan, 400 ml
- 1 daun pandan, ikat simpul
- garam, secukupnya
- Rebus sebentar
