This is an interesting recipe that I read at college-cooking.com
I made a little adjustment to what I got in my pantry
340 g canned vanilla frosting (1 container) – i think you can use any other flavor, the possibility is endless to create new cookies this way IMO. I think the original was using choc frosting
1/2 cup peanut butter (i used creamy but again, experiment yourself! I think you can use crunchy one!)
3/4 c sugar (original uses 1 c)
1 egg
1/2 tbsp vanilla essence (original just 1 tsp)
1 c AP flour and 1 c bread flour (original just uses 2 c bread flour, i didnt have enough)
1/4 c choc chip
Mix all in stages as above
Pinch batter and roll, the flat it
Bake in preheated 350f for 10-12 mins
Original: drop batter by a tsp and bake for 10 mins
