1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 c sugar
1/2 tbsp milk l’arome (paste)
scald milk, careful not to burn
take off from heat
add in beaten egg and stir well
add in milk paste, stir
add in cornstarch, stir to no clump
bring back to stove on low-medium heat and keep stirring til thicken
Milky Custard
Ingredients
