Pretty simple to make and yet the topping possibilities are endless. My 3 yo helped me with the toppings 😀
Topping:
Chocolate malt balls like Whoopers
Chocolate coconut bars like Bounty
Chocolate peanut butter cups like Reese’s
Colorful mini chocolates like M n’ Ms
Mini marshmallows
1 bag chocolate chips
1/2 tbsp butter (optional)
Sweetened condensed milk, caramel/dulce de leche or chocolate or regular
Strawberry
Cheesecake:
2 blocks cream cheese (8 oz each), room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, mix with 3 tbsp melted butter
Pressed graham cracker crumbs on 8 inch spring form pan and bake for 5 minutes at preheated 325 F, set aside
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs; beat just until blended. Pour into crust.
Bake for 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool to room temperature then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Slice cheesecake into 8 portions and stick in popsicle stick into each slice (shown on picture)
Melt chocolate chips – with butter (if needed), in microwave at 30 seconds intervals
Pour on cheesecake slices with a spoon, and top with whatever you like
Let chocolate harden (place in fridge for at least 5 minutes) and enjoy~
