My husband went hunting with some of his work colleagues and they shot a deer, a white tailed deer. We bbq some of the cuts 🙂
I am not sure whether I like elk or deer better. Once they turned into steak, stew, they all just delicious. Am thankful 😀
I do have to say, this following steak taste more like sate kambing, Indonesian goat/mutton satay! Soooo good!
marinade:
1/3 c soy sauce
1/2 c olive oil
1/3 c lemon juice
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp basil
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
mix well, marinade meat in it for 2 h then bbq 🙂
