If you have nice mold, you can have quite a few chocolate bars instead 1 giant bar as I have on the picture haha
This is a recipe when you feel like having sweets, but with lesser guilt haha
It is best served chilled, from the FREEZER. I found it a tad too soft to my liking when I chilled it in the fridge instead freezer. Maybe I should up the unsweetened chocolate next time?

No Guilt Chocolate Bar
Ingredients
- 1/4 c chocolate banana whey
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp ground almond dissolve in 1/4 c water
- 1/2 of 1 square unsweetened chocolate grated
Instructions
- Mix all and microwave for 1 minute until chocolate dissolved completely.
- Freeze before serving
