I prepared this for our 1st baby shower :D. It’s a cone shaped Indonesian traditional cakes, however what I am sharing here is the cheesecake recipe, which is not Indonesian. For the Indonesian cakes, for now I will be posting in Indonesian, scroll down to see 😀

This recipe makes for a dozen cheesecake cups. You can top it with any preserves you like to be honest. You can also decorate it nicely, for example, just before serving, pipe the top with homemade whipped cream or thawed frozen whipped topping and a slice of related fruit (depending on your preserve. If the preserver you are using is strawberry, then decorate it with a slice of fresh strawberry/strawberry flower).
You can also make this cups into a single cheesecake in a 6 or 7 inch spring form pan.
12 vanilla wafer cookies
2 blocks of cream cheese at 8 oz each, room temperature
3/4 c sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c sour cream
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
1/4 c strawberry preserves, stirred
Position racks in center and lower part of oven. Place roasting pan on lower rack, fill halfway with water.
Preheat oven to 325 F
Line muffin pan with cupcake liners and place a vanilla wafer cookie on each.
At medium high speed, beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Beat in the rest of the ingredients until combined, about 1-2 minutes.
Pour batter into liners and bake on center rack for 25 minutes (center will be no longer jiggle).
Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan onto rack and cool completely then chill in the fridge.
Just before serving, spread with strawberry preserve.

Strawberry Cheesecake
Ingredients

GETUK SINGKONG
1 1/2 kg singkong
200 g gula merah
25 g brown sugar/palm sugar
Taburan
1 bungkus kelapa parut (dessicated coconut, unsweetened)
1-2 lembar pandan
garam secukupnya
Cara Membuat
Kukus singkong bersih hingga lunak
Hancurkan bersamaan dengan gula merah dan gula palem ataupun brown sugar (karena gula merah disini kurang merah, saya akalin dengan menambahkan brown sugar, tapi kalau di Indonesia, dengan 200 g gula merah, sudah cukup kok)
Padatkan pada cetakan (saya bikin tumpeng), biarkan dingin baru sajikan (hangat juga enak sih)
Taburan: Beri sedikit air pada kelapa parut, juga beri garam, aduk rata. Kukus dengan daun pandan.
KUE KU
200 g tepung ketan
50 g gula pasir
garam sejumput
200 ml santan hangat
pewarna makanan secukupnya (lazimnya merah)
Cara Membuat
Campur seluruh bahan kering, tuangi santan sedikit-sedikit, beri pewarna, uleni
Olesi cetakan kue kue dengan minyak, isi terserah, biasanya kumbu kacang ijo atau kacang merah, kukus selama 30 menit
Angkat, olesi minyak
Catatan: selagi masih panas/hangat, kue masih lunak, begitu dingin, akan mengeras, jadi jangan khawatir
Getuk Singkong
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 kg singkong
- 200 g gula merah
- 25 g brown sugar/palm sugar
Taburan
- 1 bungkus kelapa parut desiccated coconut, unsweetened
- 1-2 lembar pandan
- garam secukupnya
Kue Ku
- 200 g tepung ketan
- 50 g gula pasir
- garam sejumput
- 200 ml santan hangat
- pewarna makanan secukupnya lazimnya merah
Instructions
