When you are on low carb diet but wanted a pancake 😀

4 scoops whey protein powder, vanilla would be best
an egg
1/2 cup of water
1/4 tsp each of salt, baking soda, and vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients and pour enough onto the pan each time
Once one side has holes all over, turn over and give a light press with spoon evenly
Take off from pan and place onto serving plate
Serve with low carb syrup or jam
