If you have the time, you can use slow setting, for 8-10 hours 🙂
1 1/3 cups of water
2 large potato, cubed
2 carrots
2 large onions, sliced
1 can tomato paste (I love the herb and spices flavor)
1/4 c water
1 can chickpeas
2 pounds of stew meat
2 bay leaf
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
baguette
Combine meat, chickpeas, tomato soup, carrots, potato, onions, water, bay leaf. salt and pepper in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on high setting for 4 hours.
