We wanted to grab Sharwama today but decided to cook instead. Had chicken, garlic sauce, and this roasted potatoes 😀
1 sac of potatoes (5 lb), scrubs, wash, pat dry, quartered
1 can clear chicken broth
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup store-bought ready to use lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsps Hungarian Vegeta seasonings (you can use chicken/beef/vegetable powder stock)
1 heaping tbsp store-bought minced garlic
Preheat oven to 425 F
Place quartered potatoes into the roasting pan
Mix well the rest of the ingredients in a bowl then pour into potatoes. Stir well.
Cover and bake for 45 minutes
Uncover and bake longer for 15-30 minutes (depending of how tender and/or crisp the skins of the potatoes you like)
