I made these using left over Pumpkin Pie filling and I came up with 10 puddings; the ingredients below are for 1 whole filling so it would make more than 20 puddings.
1 can pumpkin puree (425 ml)
1 can sweetened condensed milk (300 ml)
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1/2 of 1 nutmeg, grate
1/4 tsp ground cloves
Mix all ingredients very well then pour into cups, steam for 30 minutes.
Cool to room temperature, flip cups onto serving plates, decorate with melted chocolates, serve.
You can either serve the pudding warm, cool, or cold from the fridge.
