This cooking is also great if you add french beans, but make the slices of the beef tinier; also great if you add in fried potatoes just before taking it off of the stove.

1 kg (or more) beef cubes, slice thinly, wash, drain
1/2 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 of a large onuon
1/4 tbsp freshly cracked black pepper
1/4 tbsp coriander
1 candlenut (no subs)
1/2 cm nutmeg
3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp chipotle sauce
salt and msg to taste
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp Vegeta seasoning
water, as needed
In a blender, make paste of onion, candle nut, coriander, nutmeg, minced garlic; give a little vegetable oil to make it easier to blend.
Heat oil, saute the paste, add in washed and drained beef cube, stir well, cook until half tender, add in a little water if its needed; stir occasionally.
Add in the rest of the ingredients such as the sauces and seasonings to your desire. Cook more until beef tender/done.
Serve with warm rice.
Semur Daging Saus Chipotle
