This is the tricky part, which I did by mistake the 1st time I baked this layered cake; afraid that I over baked the cake, I inserted my knife in the center and it was still wet in the center thus when I baked it more, the batter burst out; so please, don’t repeat my mistake hahaha
So many yolk, so watch out for cholesterol 😛

15 yolks
2 1/2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp skim milk
2 tbsp tapioca starch (you can use any other starch such as corn or potato)
1/2 tbsp + 1 tsp Hungarian Mandula essence (Almond)
1/2 tbsp + 1 tsp Hungarian Csaszarkorte essence (Imperal Pear)
250 grams butter, softened
125 grams(about 14 tbsps) icing sugar
1 tsp green food coloring
Using your mixer, mix butter until smooth, add in sweetened condensed milk, mix 1/2 minute more, set aside.
In another bowl, again using your mixer, mix yolks and icing sugar until volume rising; then add in skim milk bits by bits followed with starch; mix 1/2 minute more.
Turn of the mixer, with wooden spoon, mix in butter mixture and stir slowly.
Divide batter into two equal portions; about 2 cups each. Drop green food coloring and Mandula essence into 1 portion; and drop Imperial Pear essence into another (if you’d like bright red color, you can add red food coloring); stir each portion well until essence combined nicely.
Turn on your grill, grill each layer Mandula first then Imperial Pear repeatedly until all batter used up.
Turn off the grill, turn on the oven to 300 F, and bake for 20-25 minutes (until knife inserted comes out clean)
