Just simple pancake but yummo!

1 ripe banana
1 1/2 c flour
3 tsp BP
a pinch of salt
2 tbsp sugar (omit if your banana is ripe and sweet already because with the syrup, it will be too sweet)
1 c milk (more or less, as needed)
3 tbsp oil (best with melted butter)
1 egg
Mash banana, mix in egg, melted butter or oil, 1 cup of milk, set a side.
In a separate bowl, mix in dry ingredients, make a well in the center, pour wet ingredients, mix until smooth.
Heat pan, brush a little butter or oil, fry batter.
Serve with pancake syrup!
Note:
If the batter is too thick after 1 cup of milk, add a little more; don’t make the batter to runny though!
If you want to add banana and sugar, then less the sugar amount as with syrup it will be too sweet; but if you aren’t gonna serve the pancakes with syrup, then the banana and sugar amount is about enough sweetness.
