Different household in Indonesia makes different patties, obviously, from tofu, tempe, ground beef, to corned beef and so on. Some of us would call these patties are perkedel, while others as pergedel 😀
Serve as snack with chili sauce either cold or still hot
Mainly people in Indonesia serve it with other dishes, as soto, rice, or even gado-gado.
Sometimes flatten, oval, round shaped. Again, different household makes their own specialty 😉
