This cake is from my husband’s grandma’s sister, we call her Margit Neni. She’s a very wonderful lady. Her Mezes Kremes is so soft and nice. Different from the other family’s and/or from bakery.

Mix 10 dkg of granulated sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 4 dkg of butter over steam. When it is foamy, add 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Take it off the heat and let it cool, then mix in 35 dkg of flour and knead it. Cut it into three parts and bake the sheets. For the cream, boil half a liter of milk with 5 tablespoons of flour into a cream. Mix 20 dkg of butter with 20 dkg of powdered sugar and add to the cooled flour milk.
Fill the cooled sheets and put chocolate glaze on top.
Let it stand for a day to soften

10 dkg kristálycukrot, 2 tojást, 1 ek mézt, 4 dkg vajat gőz fölött kikeverünk, amikor habos, akkor 1 kk szódabikarbónát hozzáadunk. A tűzről levéve hűlni hagyjuk, majd 35 dkg lisztet belekeverünk, összegyúrjuk. Három felé vágjuk, a lapokat kisütjük. A krémhez fél liter tejet 5 púpozott ek liszttel krémmé főzzük. 20 dkg vajat 20 dkg porcukorral kikeverjük, a kihűlt lisztes tejhez adjuk.
A kihűlt lapokat megtöltjük, a tetejére csokimázt rakunk.
