These dumplings can be boiled, steamed, or stir fried with a little vegetable oil. You can either turn them into soup, or serve either sour cream or with peanut sauce, basically any thing you like!
For the skins:
225 cc water
150 grams all purpose flour
1 beaten egg
1 heaping tsp salt
fillings (see below)
For the fillings:
400 grams lean ground beef
garlic salt
1 carrot, peeled, diced thinly
1 tsp ground black pepper
3 small potatoes, peeled, diced thinly
1 small onions, chopped finely
2 garlic, crushed
vegetable oil, as needed

To make the fillings:
Heat oil, saute garlic and onions. Brown beef then add in carrot and potatoes, cook well.
Add in seasonings and sauce.
Set aside to cool down.
To make dumplings:
Mix all ingredients well, knead dough on a floured surface, add more flour if its needed while kneading. On the last round of kneading, add 1 heaping tbsp dill weed.
Divide dough into small portions, flatten each portion, place enough filling in the center, seal to seam (can be shaped as 1st picture, I made 3 kinds of shapes, round, and long – 2 last pics below)
This time I served them with peanut sauce!!
