Love that I can always find pumpkin puree here in Canada. I do not think I have ever seen pumpkin puree in Indonesia. We do have pumpkin based sweets, but definitely have to mash our own steamed pumpkin 😀
14 oz pumpkin puree
1 3/4 c sugar
1/2 c oil
3 eggs
1 3/4 c flour
2 tsp BP
1 tsp BSoda
125 g cream cheese, room temperature (softened)
With electric mixer, combine pumpkin, 1 1/2 c sugar, oil, 2 eggs, until well blended.
With electric mixer, combine cream cheese, remaining sugar, and the last egg, until well blended.
Combine dry ingredients and add into pumpkin mixture, stir well. Pour into prepared pan (greased and floured), spread evenly.
Top with cream cheese mixture, and run knife/skewer around to create a marble effect.
Bake at preheated 350 F for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool at room temperature before slicing.
