Irma was here this morning. She was really sleepy and took a nap for an hour at least. When she woke up, I served her these rolled strawberry. You can use any kinds of jam for this, but I use Serikaya, it’s Indonesian egg custard jam, super good!
A slice of white bread, trim the brown crust, roll flat with rolling pin
Spread some jam (Serikaya) on one end, top with sliced fresh strawberries, then top with either homemade whipped cream or store bought one
Roll tightly, slice and serve immediately

- Bread of your choice but I love white
- Jam of your choice but I used Serikaya (custard jam)
- Whipped cream
- Fresh strawberries
