My husband prepared me this dessert using chestnut puree and he calls it Lover’s dessert hahaha So cheeky.
It is so simple to prepare but oh my gawd, I could have bowls and bowls of it, seriously it is that good.
1/2 cup Hungarian chestnut puree/spread
4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
whipped cream
cherries or any other fruits desired (optional)
Method:
Place 2 scoops each of vanilla ice in 2 servings bowls.
Using garlic presser/mash potato masher push through chestnut puree, into a bowl, about 1/4 cup each to each serving bowls.
Top with whipped cream and garnish with fruit.
