I called this as Italian Pasta Salad, since I used Italian seasoning for this salad, but come to think again, maybe I should just call this salad as pasta salad as I don’t think the Italians make pasta salad like mine, I don’t want to step any toes hahaha
Today is nice here, only -4 C, what a breeze, not to mention for once it’s not gloomy nor cloudy. I think weekends gonna be beautiful!
Ingredients
1 cup small pasta + 1 handful of pasta, boiled with a little salt and 1 tbsp of oil, drain
Stuffed Manzanilla olives with Pimiento Pate as needed, sliced (I used Coronation)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3-4 tbsp chopped tomatoes, seeded
2 tbsp of 1% milk
3 olives for garnishing
2 tbsp of grated partly skim cheese
dash of dried Italian seasoning
dash of dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
1 can of tuna, drained, flaked
Method
- Add all ingredients and mix well.
- Serve right away or serve cold as desired
Pasta Salad With Stuffed Olives
Ingredients

- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 3-4 tbsp chopped tomatoes seeded
- 2 tbsp of 1% milk
- 3 olives for garnishing
- 2 tbsp of grated partly skim cheese
- dash of dried Italian seasoning
- dash of dried oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can of tuna drained, flaked
Instructions
- Add all ingredients and mix well.
- Serve right away or serve cold as desired
