This is one of our favorite chicken dish at home. It is super good with warm rice and perfect if you also serve the chicken and the rice, plus simple chop-suey (veggies stir-fry)
The measurement below is enough for 2 adults serving size. So if you have a bigger family, definitely double the measurement 😀
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 box of mushroom thinly sliced
- salted margarine
- 2 big chicken breasts skinless, boneless
- Hungarian Vegeta Seasoning
- 1 cm ginger crushed or thinly sliced
- 1 lemon
- 1 small onion thinly sliced
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into 4 pieces, marinade with Hungarian Vegeta seasoning with a little bit of water for 5 minutes
- Cut lemon and sliced thinly half of it, set aside
- Heat 2-3 tbsp of salted margarine and brown the chicken breasts. Set aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp of salted margarine, saute ginger, mushroom, parsley, onion and lemon slices. Add 1/4 tsp of Hungarian Vegeta and fresh lemon juice from the other half of the lemon. Simmer for 5 minutes and pour over chicken
