Super simple tuna fried rice 😀
When am lazy cooking as there were only two of us, I would just quickly prepare fried rice. Lucky I have a husband who eats everything I prepare. I guess he loves me much, heh lol
Sometimes I serve my husband with fried rice for “heavy” breakfast too, before he is off to work. Later he would send a couple of text saying how sleepy he is, when it is only 10 AM hahah I know 😀
Ingredients
1-2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
2 plates of cooked rice
1 green onion, slice
2 eggs
fried onion
garlic and shallot, slice
garlic salt, salt and MSG, to taste
1 can of tuna, drained
1 tbsp cooking oil
ketchup
1/2 tbsp hot chili oil
Directions
- Heat the oil, add in the sliced garlic and onion, and one beaten egg, stir well. Add in tuna, stir well.
- Add in hot chili oil, ketchup, to your desire
- Place 2 plates of cooked rice into the hot mixture, mix well
- Add in sweet soy sauce, mix well. Followed by garlic salt, salt and MSG to taste.
- Place fried rice on a plate, set a side
- Fried 1 egg as a side food
- Garnish the fried rice with sliced onion vert and fried onion.
Nasi Goreng
Ingredients

Kalau lagi males masak yang macem-macem, paling banter saya buatin suami nasi goreng. Dia suka banget nasi goreng dari Indonesia, baik yang pakai ayam, pete, ikan asin, atau cuman pakai telur ceplok hahah
Kadang saya buatin nasi goreng buat sarapan, karena biasa kan kalau di Indonesia, kita bisa maem nasi goreng buat sarapan, tapi bagi dia itu terlalu “berat”, bikin males ngerjain apa-apa di pagi hari karena kekenyangan hahaha
Bahan-bahan
2 sdm kecap manis
2 piring nasi
1 batang bawang prei, iris
2 butir telur
bawang putih secukupnya, iris
bawang merah secukupnya, iris
garam, bawang putih bubuk, dan kalau mau pakai vetsin
1 sdm minyak goreng
saus tomat siap pakai secukupnya
1/2 sdm minyak cabai siap pakai
1 kaleng ikan tuna, dalam air, buang airnya
Cara Membuatnya
- Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang hingga harum, masukkan kocokan satu telur, masukkan ikan tuna, aduk rata
- Beri minyak cabai, saus tomat, sesuai selera
- Masukkan 2 piring nasi, aduk
- Masukkan bahan lainnya, seusaikan selera Anda
- Taruh dalam piring saji
- Bikin telur ceplok dengan sisa telur, taruh di piring saji
- Beri taburan irisan daun bawang bawang prei, serta bawang goreng
- Sajikan
