This is enough only for 2 small servings, perfect for my husband and I. Scratch that. When I miss Indonesia much, the whole serving would be just for me hahaha
3 tablespoons of sweet corn
6 mushroom, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons demi-salted butter
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 out of 1 onion, slice
salt, sugar, and MSG if desired, to taste
1/2 tablespoon of ground chili (optional if you like it hot)
3 tablespoons of peas
20 green beans, make thinly round cut
1 chicken breast, wash clean, cut small cubes
Saute garlic and onion on melted butter, add in chicken breast until it turns in color then add in mushroom, stir well
When the mushroom a bit cooked, add in beans, corns, and peas, stir well
Add in salt, sugar, msg, stir well and cook until everything tender and cooked.
Before turning off the stove, you can add in the ground chili if you wish.
Serve hot with hot/warm cooked rice as side dish
