Chatchuk (Pine Nut Porridge)

- Rinse and soak rice; drain.
Combine 1 cup water with the pine nuts and grind to form a smooth paste.
Combine 2 cups water with the rice and grind to form a smooth paste.
In a heavy pot, combine the pine nut and rice mixtures with the sesame oil and remaining water.
Cook slowly over low heat for about 45 minutes, stirring frequently.
Season with salt and garnish with pine nuts. Serve hot.
