Mix all ingredients, except cream, with hand mixer, until well mixed. Then add cream and blend more.
Pour into a greased pan and bake at 425 degrees until set and brown, around 45 mins, approx. ovens vary
Serve with whipped cream for topping. OR in my case since I had
eggwhite left over I used it on top of it (mixed with mixer until stiff
and just pour on top of baked cake and put it back into the oven for
some more minutes)
