Preparation
  • Combine hot water & 2 teaspoons coffee granules in a medium bowl.
  • Add brownie mix, 1 tsp. vanilla, and egg whites. Stir until well blended.
  • Pour into a 9 inch pie pan, bake at 325f for 22 minutes, cool completely.

  •  Combine milk, 2 tbsp. Kahlua, 1 tsp. coffee granules, 1 tsp. vanilla, and pudding mix in a bowl, mix at medium speed of mixer for 1 minute. Gently fold in 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip. Spread pudding mixture evenly over brownie crust.

  • Combine remaining 1 tsp. coffee granules & 1 tbsp. Kahlua in a bowl. stir well.
  • Gently fold in remaining 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip, spread over pudding mixture. Store in fridge! 
Notes

Non Alcoholic Version

  • When making pudding mix, substitute milk for the Kahlua.
  • When making topping, omit Kahlua, and disolve coffee in 1 tbsp. warm water.
