Combine hot water & 2 teaspoons coffee granules in a medium bowl.
Add brownie mix, 1 tsp. vanilla, and egg whites. Stir until well blended.
Pour into a 9 inch pie pan, bake at 325f for 22 minutes, cool completely.
Combine milk, 2 tbsp. Kahlua, 1 tsp. coffee granules, 1 tsp. vanilla,
and pudding mix in a bowl, mix at medium speed of mixer for 1 minute. Gently
fold in 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip. Spread pudding mixture evenly over brownie crust.
Combine remaining 1 tsp. coffee granules & 1 tbsp. Kahlua in a bowl. stir well.
Gently fold in remaining 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip,
spread over pudding mixture. Store in fridge!
Non Alcoholic Version
When making pudding mix, substitute milk for the Kahlua.
When making topping, omit Kahlua, and disolve coffee in 1 tbsp. warm water.
