Description:

The picture shown, is showing cooked nokedli. 

Preparation
  • Mix well egg(s), flour, salt, cold water as one. The amounts is depending on how much nokedli you want to prepare.
  • Meanwhile, bring water to a boil.
  • When the mixture is mixed well (not too watery) then use the tool shown in the picture above (terribly sorry for not knowing the English term for this tool), and make the noodle on top of the pan so the noodle will right away drop into the boiling water, by putting a spoon of mixture to the yellow section, move the yellow section every now and then to make noodle drops.
  • When the noodle is floating means the noodle is cooked, drain, set aside.
